Position - Area Nutrition Manager / Area Business Manager (Adult Nutrition Team) Job Description: * Ensuring 100% budget achievement (Therapy wise/Product wise/Brand wise) with the proper utilisation of manpower available, product promotion. * Managing distribution network. * Understanding customer needs and effective execution of processes (RCPA, Doctor Call, Doctor Coverage, CRM, Strategy Implementation etc) * Managing team of Nutrition Officers (Medical Representatives), Coaching & Mentoring through on the job training during joint work, product knowledge for team, skill area, detailing effectiveness, communication, influencing, relationship building. * Focused brand performance. * Inventory Management at distributor level. * To ensure 100 % compliance of company strategies. * Increase the percentage of market share of therapeutic segment and products. * Ensure consistent growth of market, control on attrition, training and recruitment, * organizing meeting, forecasting, budgeting, C&F control. * Periodic Feedback to Senior Managers on their teams performance, reporting status implementation of activities and analysis of sales data. * CME, RTMs. Candidate Profile: *Candidate with exposure of handling nutrition brands will be preferred. *If no exposure in nutrition, he/she should have exposure of handling segments like Cardio Diabetic. *Candidate should have experience of 2-4 years in the same capacity. *Good communicator, team handling exposure.
